Sanu Mohan Confesses To Killing Daughter Vaiga; Police Sense Discrepancies In Suspect’s Story DeshabhimaniApr 19, 2021 11:41 AM Kochi: : Sanu Mohan confesses to throwing  daughter Vaiga into Muttar river, in what he claims was death he planned for her and himself owing to financial problems Sanu said he loved his daughter Vaiga a lot and could not bear to leave her   orphaned in the aftermath of his suicide. According to Sanu, he initially tried to strangulate Vyga in their home but she did not die, following which, he wrapped her in a bedsheet and hurled her into the river. Sanu’s account of events before and after the murder has many holes, feel  police who are digging deeper to come upon the motive and what exactly happened. Sanu was nabbed from Karwar in Karnataka and  transported to New Kochi Thrikekkara. He will be questioned further under supervision fm high-ranking police officials. Vaiga was found dead in Muttar river on 22 March. Sanu had gone missing around that time and police received tip on his hanging around Mookambila.
