Yes, absolutely. While I do think that gaming addiction is a real thing, I wholeheartedly believe that video games, when used in moderation, can alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that video games are one of the few things that have helped me in tough times. While horror games induce anxiety in a different way, the more calming games are a great way to relax after a long and stressful day.
