Life is a cycle of ups and downs, with surprises and obstacles along the way. It may tangle our thoughts as we come face-to-face with our drained, restless mind. Hence, we need a guide to allow us to reflect on ourselves regularly and put us in a state of peace. I cannot think of a better guide other than mediation for this purpose. But, to obtain the best results, this guide should be used correctly, and thus the reason behind this post.
The tips above, although minimal, have significantly improved my meditation practices, which is why I loved to share them with you as well.
