Dear Love,
I hope you’re doing well. The pandemic situation in India is worse than ever but there’s so much empathy, resilience and faith amongst the people, especially on social media, who’re trying to help each other with whatever resources they can make available. I hope you’re keeping safe, love.

People everyday are losing friends, family, lovers and children. It’s heartbreaking. These moments of epiphany, make you ponder hard at what you have to lose. 
Dear love, I lost you but I take solace in the fact that you’re there in some corner of the world, happy and healthy. Isn’t it better to lose love and gain friendship than to lose the possibility of imagining them happy, somewhere, even if without you?
Juxtaposed to the losses people bear, I find my pain diminished to nothing.
My heart goes out for all those people who’ve lost their loved ones.
