I’ve always been very open about the fact that I have anxiety and it’s definitely not something I’m ashamed of and I’m not embarrassed to talk about it either. Obviously, I feel way more comfortable talking about it on my blog than in real life. I don’t know anyone who suffers from anxiety in real life (or they might not choose to share it with other people like me). Through my blog, I was able to find other people who are in the same boat as I which I’m extremely grateful for.
