Yesterday I found an article written in 2014 that connects Ian Fleming with Raymond Chandler and Dashiell Hammett. Mary and Royal Rosamond would be pleased to know their grandson has connected them to a very successful author, and he found our lost kin in Belmont – that the Belmont Historic Society failed to tell me about! Did Mary Magdalene Rosamond hear rumors about her son-in-laws side of the family? Too bad – they could not connect! Better late then never.
