Mutton Biryani

Mutton Biryani is a royal dish that indeed needs no introduction. Sharing with you, one of my many version of Biryani recipe.

Method – 1:

Ingredients for the biryani masala:
👉🏻 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
👉🏻 1- 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds
👉🏻 2 – Star anise
👉🏻 1 tsp – Peppercorns
👉🏻 3 – Black cardamoms
👉🏻 10 – Green cardamoms
👉🏻 8 – Cloves
👉🏻 1” – Cinnamon stick
👉🏻 2 tbsps – Coriander seeds
👉🏻 1 tbsp – Red chilli flakes
👉🏻 1 tbsp – Shahi Jeera
👉🏻 1 – Mace
👉🏻 1/2 – Nutmeg
👉🏻 3 – Stone flower
👉🏻 2 – Bay leaves

Process:
👉🏻 Dry roast each spice separately till aromatic. Cool and grind to a fine powder. Keep aside.


Method – 2:

Ingredients:
👉🏻 1kg – Mutton (with bones)
👉🏻 1 cup – Coriander Leaves
👉🏻 1 cup – Mint leaves
