Before we start on for today’s recipe I wanted to show you something. I am usually more of a calligraphy person in art but this time, I tried a doodle. That day, instead of trying out recipe in reality, I thought why not to doodle them? Here is a baking and cooking doodle that I recently tried out:

This recipe serves 5people(as a snack)

Potato wedges:


3-4 potatoes

Water to boil


1tspdried rosemary, 1tspthyme and all the otherseasonings of your choice.

( Iam using these but you can make them jalapeño flavoured, oregano or chilli, anything that you like)

2tspoil(I am using groundnut oil)
