After all those Cakes I posted and all the Christmas treats we all had in December, Its time to come back to our healthy eating habits now.
I, for one am starting my new year goals to get more healthy, active and strong through food, exercise and more importantly Positive mindset – I can do it and I can make time for it.
I used to think about ‘How to stick to Health & fitness?’ or Make health goals come new year. But this year, I am going with mantra – “Make systems for health not Goals”.
What does that mean? Instead of thinking of goals in terms of losing pounds/kgs, I want to focus on the systems.
- To be hydrated enough(8-10 cups of water every day),
- Mindful snacking(eating healthy and nourishing food),
- Go out of box in my food prep(include more veggies and seafood in my diet),
