We often find ourselves in situations where we have too little or no control over life. We feel confused, disorganised, irritated and overwhelmed. The world seems to be falling apart.

A range of emotions can be felt when we get stuck in chaotic situations — from sadness to depression to anger to helplessness (and it’s okay to feel that way). Our life is put to test when we come across such circumstances.

Instead of trying to completely control the situation around us, what’s important is to maintain peace by resting our body, mind, heart and soul. That’s when we need to channel our inner peace and maintain a positive mindset.
