Here are 8 reflections on 2020:

1. Family is first. It always should have been, and it always will be.

2. Travel is a luxury.

3. Your relationships should have more quality. Quantity was never important.

4. Only you control your outcomes, but no one elses.

5. The bad guy will always lose, eventually.

6. Understanding why you failed is more important than finding out how you won. Failure is necessary to win.

7. You are the sum of the 5 people around you.

8. People have power, but a great team will lead amazing results.
